You received the Rejuvenating Peel!
Here are the top reminders to ensure you have the best results afterwards:
Your skin will feel sensitive for the next 48 hours.
Chemical peels help to stimulate circulation to the skin making it feel more sensitive, similar to a sunburn. After two days, the skin may begin to feel dry and have some flaking. Please report any lingering redness, feelings of warmth, or signs of swelling over 48 hours after the facial via email. info@beautybyryan.com
Do not exfoliate for two weeks!
Your skin needs time to recover from the deeply exfoliating peel treatment! Do not use any exfoliating products at home for two weeks after your facial. *Exfoliating too often can lead to dehydrated skin and sensitivity.
What you should do tonight after the facial:
Simply cleanse, apply your serums and moisturize before ending your day!
Every daytime facial scheduled before 4pm will end with an application of SPF and that will need to be removed before you go to sleep.
Put clean pillow cases on your pillows to prevent any cross contamination on your freshly treated skin.
Avoid touching your face too much and just let your skin rest.
Use a cold roller or cool pack to calm any excess redness during the first 48 hours of receiving the Rejuvenating Peel.
How often should you get this facial?
The Rejuvenating Peel can be received as often as once a month! It is ideally done 3 months in a row to help dramatically plump the skin and brighten dark spots. Please do not schedule this service less than 2 weeks before an event.
